Rental Procedure
How to Rent
- Choose your preferable package.

- We enclose the estimate of the price with adequate furniture pictures via email.
- Contract Agreement
At the time when the rental fee in accordance with the contract term is paid by a customer, it is acknowledged by Ace Rent and the customer that both made an contract agreement.
* Rental fee must paid in advance.
- Delivery
Your furniture will be delivered at your convenience.
- Warranty of free service and replacement.
We give you free services and replacement, if the furniture has any defects. But customers must be responsible for any damages which has not been recognized at the time of contract agreement.
- Renewal notification
Customers must make renewal notification 1 month prior to the contract completion.
- Inspection and Pick-up
Inspection will be conducted a day before you leave. Customers are responsible for any damage which has not been acknowledged at the time of contract agreement. All furniture will be removed after the inspection.
- Payment of Rent hereunder shall be made by electronic transfer to the following account.

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
- When the rental items, terms and prices are settled and also the rent is paid, the contract is considered to be accomplished.
- The initial term of the Lease is confirmed to be Twelve (12) calendar months commencing on _______ (Commencement Date) and ending on _______ (Expiry Date).
- The rent for the furniture shall be _______ Korean won per month(Vat not included) and total 12months rent shall be _______ Korean won Also delivery charge shall be _______ Korean won(Vat not included). Total price comes to korean won. (Vat not included)
- The 12months rent _______ Korean won(Vat Included) should be paid in cash or bank account transferring by_____________________.
- Payment of Rent hereunder shall be made by electronic transfer to the following account.

- The Lessee shall not give termination notice to lesser in the middle of this rental contract.
- When lessee has to terminate the contract in the middle of rental term, the prepaid rent cannot be refunded.
- Lessee should advise to the lessor 4 weeks earlier before contract expiry date whether the contract is extended or not.
- In case the rental items get damaged or broken caused by the lessee, lessee is obligated to compensate lessor for the loss. If this is caused by the lessor, the lessor is obligated to fix or replace it.
- In delivery, in case the utility fee of elevator or ladder truck is charged, lessee has to pay for it.
- THE LESSOR AND THE LESSEE HEREBY AGREES THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.
